Overview As a Full Life Cycle Recruiter for Amazon Leo, you will own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and operations roles, partnering with hiring managers and sourcers to build strong, diverse teams. You will manage intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to Amazon's inclusion and excellence standards. You will leverage internal and external tools, events, and AI-enabled processes to scale recruiting across multiple job families. Responsibilities- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including intake, sourcing strategy, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure
- Source and engage candidates using multiple channels to build high-quality, diverse pipelines
- Conduct pre-screening to assess skills, compensation expectations, and interview readiness
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and recruit effectively
- Drive a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback
- Manage a pipeline of 15-25+ active requisitions across multiple job families and levels
- Track data integrity in recruiting systems and report pipeline health and funnel metrics
- Identify process improvements and escalate blockers to maintain team efficiency
- Participate in recruiting events and referral initiatives to raise brand awareness
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline sourcing, screening, and analytics
Key requirements- Bachelor or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- 4+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting
- Experience building diverse sourcing plans and proactive research
- Experience with contact management or applicant tracking systems
- Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
