Responsibilities- Lead channel profitability optimization with Sales and key stakeholders
- Act as primary business partner to the Sales Strategy team, enabling cross-functional collaboration
- Develop channel and account growth strategies aligned to company objectives
- Analyze current and future channel profitability to guide investment decisions
- Quantify financial impact of new growth initiatives and marketplace investments
- Review, negotiate, and manage account contracts and trade terms to support strategic goals
- Create financial analyses for ad-hoc projects and new business initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in Finance or Strategy
- Proven experience in finance or strategy within consumer goods or retail
- Strong data gathering, interpretation, and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adaptive Planning and Redshift/SQL is a plus
- Attention to management-quality reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership
