Responsibilities- Counsel internal stakeholders on workplace law and employee relations issues
- Provide guidance on employment regulations, policy interpretation, and compliance questions
- Prepare, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, supplier terms, confidentiality agreements, and other transactional documents
- Assess proposed contract language for legal exposure, operational impact, and commercial risk; recommend practical solutions
