Overview In this role, you partner with operational leadership to align people strategies with business goals, driving employee relations, engagement, performance, and talent initiatives. You'll lead HR services for a unit, ensuring compliant, high performing workplaces and fostering an inclusive culture. You'll collaborate with COEs and leaders to design solutions that scale with the business, while guiding change and organizational effectiveness. This is a hands-on, strategic HR leadership role in a global healthcare solutions company.

Responsibilities- Provide strategic counsel on unit vision and organizational design
- Lead HR services delivery across the business unit (relations, compensation, performance, change and talent management)
- Maintain active leadership presence with regular engagement to improve teammate experience
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Partner with Total Rewards for salary and benefits programs
- Collaborate with recruiting to attract and retain top talent and oversee staffing efficiency
- Drive performance management, feedback processes and manager capability
- Lead change management initiatives to boost performance and culture
- Promote best-in-class HR practices across regions/sites
- Travel up to 25% as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years HR experience
- 1+ years HR leadership experience
- SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR certifications highly preferred
- Exceptional influencing and communication skills
- Ability to coach across levels in a matrix environment
