Overview In this role you design and deliver modern data solutions to support enterprise transformation for government-focused clients. You will build scalable data platforms, analytics products, and data pipelines that enable mission-critical decision-making and measurable impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical workshops, and illustrate solutions through client-facing demos. You'll work within secure environments to ensure governance and data quality while advancing automation and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities- Design and engineer secure, automated data pipelines into a centralized analytics environment using Palantir Foundry and cloud technologies
- Build and deploy scalable data engineering solutions enabling digital transformation and decision-making
- Develop prototype dashboards, analytics views, and workflow applications for high-priority domains
- Integrate and operationalize enterprise data to improve reporting, visibility, and user adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead workshops, and demonstrate solutions to clients
- Apply data modeling, ETL, DevOps, and statistical programming to improve data quality and performance
- Support AI-enabled workflow applications to enhance automation and decision support
- Contribute to solution design in secure environments with data governance standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in data science, data manipulation, or data analysis
- 1+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, Palantir Gotham, or no code/low code platforms
- Active Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel 5-25%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
