Overview In this role you own hardware supply-chain assurance and property accountability for a US Government program building a classified AI Factory. You drive end-to-end supply-chain risk analysis and lifecycle governance, coordinating with vendors, security, and engineering to keep hardware provenance and GFP tracking trustworthy. You will manage component data, serialization, and secure disposition, while enabling secure spares handling and end-of-life strategies. This position blends program management with security-focused supply chain leadership in a critical, mission-driven environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain accountability and protect assets at scale.

Responsibilities- Run supply-chain risk analysis including HBOM/SBOM, vendor vetting, and provenance verification
- Manage government-furnished property (GFP) and asset accountability from receipt to disposition
- Coordinate with hardware vendors on component data and integrity (GPU and storage vendors)
- Support secure spares handling and end-of-life disposition
Key requirements- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience, or MBA with 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience with HBOM/SBOM, provenance, or hardware lifecycle management
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
