You will modernize legacy platforms, accelerate cloud and API adoption, and apply AI to enhance underwriting, servicing, and customer experience. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role at the intersection of technology, risk, and business value. You will partner with risk, compliance, and finance to deliver secure, scalable platforms and measurable results.

Responsibilities- Lead a technology area that may include multiple teams (engineering, infrastructure, architecture, security, operations, analytics)
- Develop and implement short- to mid-term operational plans aligned with technology strategies
- Drive process, system, and platform enhancements to improve performance
- Solve complex, multi-team problems via data-driven analysis and expert interpretation
- Communicate with stakeholders to influence modernization and optimization initiatives
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and performance management
- Steward budget and operational costs for the technology area
- Ensure compliance with enterprise technology governance, risk, and security policies
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in technology operations
