In this role you will support a premier structured finance practice within a global law firm. You will advise on securitization and CLO transactions, collaborating with asset managers, investors, and underwriters to structure and close complex financings. You will work with a cross-border team to ensure regulatory compliance while delivering innovative financing solutions. • Advise on structured finance and securitization matters with emphasis on CLOs
• Represent clients in structuring and executing complex financial transactions

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Active Bar Admission in New York
• 3+ years of substantive securitization/structured finance experience or related transactional experience with interest in CLOs
• Large law firm experience preferred
