Responsibilities- Counsel on outsourcing, licensing, hosting, and software development contracts; draft and negotiate related documents and guidelines
- Advise on inbound/outbound licensing strategies and commercial issues; collaborate with IT on vendor engagements and risk assessments
- Support AI-related initiatives, including negotiation of AI contracts and guidance on AI tools and regulation
- Conduct due diligence on licensing, open source issues, and technology matters for new digital products, partnerships, and initiatives across global operations
Key requirements- 5-8 years' experience drafting and negotiating IT/tech contracts in law firm or in-house
- Qualified lawyer with law degree; strong business English; additional languages a plus
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Knowledge of IT/IP law with significant experience in AI, software, licensing, SaaS, cloud, API, and related IT agreements
- Ability to work independently within a team-focused environment; experience serving global clients preferred
