Human Resources (HR) Manager

In this role you will lead day-to-day HR operations at a non-profit in Denver, ensuring consistent practices aligned with policies. You will serve as the primary resource for employee relations and support a positive, mission-driven workplace. You'll manage benefits administration, onboarding, and HR data via HRIS to keep people processes organized and efficient. Collaborate with leaders to advance HR initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance while driving operational effectiveness. • Lead daily HR activities ensuring policy-aligned practices
• Address employee relations matters and support fair resolutions
• Manage HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle
• Oversee benefits activities including enrollment and communication
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires with paperwork, orientation, and policy review
• Maintain and utilize HRIS for accurate data, reporting, and efficiency
• Partner with leaders to support HR initiatives and a positive work environment
• Monitor compliance and suggest process improvements to enhance operations

• Experience as HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HRIS tools and data management
• Experience with benefits administration and onboarding
