Overview

In this role you will lead HR strategy for PXT organizations in Seattle, partnering with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, org design, and talent initiatives. You'll act as a strategic advisor across global teams, leveraging data and AI tools to drive performance and employee experience. The position blends hands-on execution with strategic thinking, shaping an AI-enabled culture and cross-functional programs. You will be a key owner of global HR projects and work with senior stakeholders to future-proof the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop talent strategy supporting business growth and a respectful, engaging environment
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills development
  • Use data and org health metrics to inform decisions and keep leadership informed
  • Collaborate with central HR Partner organization to enable managers and address employee relations issues
  • Lead or contribute to cross-team PXT projects
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning and AI-driven initiatives to enhance product and engineering teams
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in HR Generalist/Business Partner roles with global experience
  • Experience mentoring, leading and coaching
  • Background in technical support, engineering, or operations environments
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience delivering results on large cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%
  • Ability to work independently with AI assistance and navigate ambiguous AI environments
