Overview

In this HR Generalist role, you partner with recruiting to fill key regional roles and lead succession planning. You'll align people strategies with business objectives, develop leadership abilities, and drive training and policies to support growth. You will collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, compensation, and regulatory compliance to minimize risk. This position offers meaningful work shaping talent across the region within a mission-driven specialty infusion company.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Recruiting to fill regional vacancies and lead selection for key roles
  • Coordinate and participate in college recruitment within the region
  • Collaborate on workforce planning with VPOs/RPDs and monitor regional turnover
  • Lead succession planning and develop leadership profiles for high-potentials
  • Design and oversee training programs and development plans
  • Assist compensation in job description creation and market positioning
  • Ensure compliance with employment and wage/hour laws and company policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives to support strategic goals
  • Advise on corrective actions, separations, and supervisory training in management topics
  • Support benefits rollout and communication with regional teams
  • Review personnel actions for justification and policy adherence
  • Support processes for job and status changes, market adjustments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Key requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, benefits, training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Desired: HRIS and Microsoft Access
  • Desired: SPHR or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication
