Overview

You will lead Recruiting Transformation initiatives, turning strategy into actionable plans across business and technical teams. In this role, you'll partner with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scoped milestones and outcomes. You'll manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity projects, handling scope, risk, and change while keeping delivery on time and within budget. This role sits at the intersection of talent, tech, and process improvement, shaping how recruiting supports the business. You'll work in a fast-evolving, AI-enabled environment focused on transforming talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and manage intake, prioritization, and change control
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (SMEs, Optimization, Compliance, Enablement) and manage interdependencies to meet scope, schedule, and budget
  • Engage daily with development, support, and global process owners to shape plans and ensure smooth delivery
  • Track and report status, metrics, and health (RAG) to stakeholders and leadership
  • Own project documentation, including charters, status reports, meeting notes, and change-management artifacts
  • Drive clear communication, escalations, and readouts; support change management and enablement for rollouts
  • Facilitate meetings and reviews, lead action-item follow-through, and guide project teams to a collaborative environment
  • Conduct post-project reviews and prepare presentations for leaders and executives
Key requirements
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out with scope, schedule, risk, and quality management
  • Expertise across planning, capacity planning, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; familiarity with ATS and recruiting processes is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong critical-thinking to structure ambiguous cross-functional problems
  • Ability to build relationships with virtual and global teams of varying backgrounds and seniority
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with leadership experience on large, complex projects
  • Experience with data gathering, tracking metrics, and translating data into insights
