Overview In this role you will support the healthcare MedTech equity research team in New York by analyzing companies and sectors to inform investment ideas. You will build financial models, craft valuation analyses, and author research reports that shape recommendations for clients and colleagues. You'll engage with management teams, attend conferences, and present insights to sales teams and institutional investors. This is a growth-oriented role with increasing responsibility as you develop sector expertise and market-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities- Partner with senior analyst to conduct company and industry research
- Create financial models and valuation analyses
- Write company and industry reports and develop investment recommendations
- Build relationships with management teams through meetings, calls, roadshows
- Make company visits and attend industry conferences
- Develop marketing of team research and recommendations to sales force and institutional investors
Key requirements- 1-3 years of Equity Research or Investment Banking experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Strong interest in the stock market and track record of achievement
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a competitive spirit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Strong interest in Healthcare, specifically MedTech
- Securities Industry Essentials, Series 86 and 87 required (or willingness to obtain)
