Overview In this role you will represent UCB's rare disease portfolio at academic centers of excellence, educating neuromuscular specialists and care teams about gMG treatment options. You will build strategic relationships with hospitals and VA/DoD clinics to boost product visibility and adoption. You will develop territory plans, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and advance patient access. The position blends expert education with stakeholder coordination in a mission-driven, hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities- Educate HCPs on appropriate use of UCB Rare Disease products through one-on-one and group engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at academic hospitals, VA/DoD clinics, and infusion centers
- Develop and execute territory business plans and analyze sales data to achieve targets
- Serve as subject matter expert on gMG and UCB treatment options for physicians, nurses, and infusion staff
- Coordinate activities with field-based teammates (MSLs, TLL, Reimbursement/Market Access, Marketing) to support goals
- Attend medical conferences and symposia to provide promotional support and stay current on trends
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Key requirements- Bachelor
- 8+ years of Neurology-based field sales success
- 3+ years selling to Neurologists in Academic Centers (prefer neuro-muscular rare experience)
- 4-6+ years rare disease experience
- 3+ years working with hospital formularies and obtaining formulary access
- 3+ years building thought-leader relationships
