Overview In this role you will support the MSC Navy ERP Business Office, focusing on end-user training and content development. You will coordinate with subject matter experts to create online training and utilize SAP EnableNow to deliver it. You will ensure training readiness for role assignments and support user access and information security requirements with the Navy ERP PMO. You'll also sustain end-user roles with tools and procedures to transact in the Navy ERP production environment. This position offers collaboration with senior stakeholders and a chance to shape training programs for a government client.
Responsibilities- Support operations of the MSC Navy ERP Business Office
- Prepare documentation for end-user training
- Coordinate with SMEs to develop online training content
- Develop online training using SAP EnableNow
- Ensure end-user training requirements are met prior to role assignment
- Coordinate with users and Navy ERP PMO on access requirements and security policies
- Support end-user role sustainment through tools and forms for access to Navy ERP roles
Key requirements- Secret Clearance
- 4+ years of DoD training development and management experience
- Navy ERP experience is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in SAP EnableNow
- Ability to work independently and interface with senior/executive customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with NHDSM or similar systems (desirable)
