Overview In this role you oversee the TRIP and HHPC hospital-based programs, guiding clinical staff and maintaining a client caseload. You'll supervise operations, lead trauma-informed care initiatives, and contribute to research protocols. You collaborate with hospital teams to expand trauma-informed services for patients and families. This position plays a key part in shaping cross-functional trauma care within a large urban health system.

Responsibilities- Supervise clinical practice and operations of TRIP
- Lead training on trauma-informed care across CCH
- Develop and implement research protocols
- Maintain caseload of inpatient/outpatient clients with trauma focus
- Observe and support individual/group sessions with staff
- Coordinate clinical and support services across hospital and community programs
- Develop debriefing protocols and staff support processes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Contribute to program management and TRIP initiative development
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Illinois licensure in relevant field (or ability to obtain before start)
- Three (3) years of clinical trauma experience
- Two (2) years of mentoring/supervising staff
- Experience assessing/treating PTSD and other mental health disorders
- Experience in program development and outreach
- Experience with trauma-informed mental health care or evidence-based therapies (e.g., PC T, TF-CBT, ACT)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
