Overview In this role you will lead negotiations and draft strategic commercial agreements for Amazon Leo's global satellite connectivity business. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, guiding complex enterprise, technology, and channel partner transactions to enable rapid growth. You will design scalable legal frameworks to balance growth with risk management in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities- Draft and lead negotiations for strategic enterprise agreements, technology partnerships, and channel partner agreements
- Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational, and strategic considerations for large-scale engagements
- Develop practical, scalable legal frameworks to enable growth while managing risk
- Partner with product, business development, operations, and compliance to support evolving commercial models and international expansion
- Help build efficient legal processes that support fast-moving technology and infrastructure businesses
Key requirements- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and bar membership in one state
- Experience with complex commercial concepts and drafting
- Experience supporting enterprise customers or channel partner transactions
- Experience advising on technology transactions, telecommunications agreements, or infrastructure projects
- Experience in technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, satellite, cloud, or related industries
- Experience cross-functional collaboration with business, operations, product, and leadership
