Overview As an MDM Architect at Koch Engineered Solutions, you design and scale enterprise MDM capabilities across data domains to establish a single source of truth. You collaborate with data teams to mature data governance, quality, and survivorship rules, delivering reusable patterns and enterprise standards. You will shape data foundations, align with Snowflake and analytics teams, and drive impact across business functions. Responsibilities- Design and formalize policies, standards, and procedures for master data across defined domains
- Collaborate with enterprise MDM teams to harmonize data across divisions
- Define and monitor data quality KPIs and performance metrics
- Define survivorship logic and develop match & merge rules for golden records
- Create integration patterns from MDM to upstream/downstream systems
- Partner with Snowflake and analytics teams on data platform work
- Lead root cause analysis and remediation of data issues
- Implement preventative controls to improve data accuracy and consistency
- Develop reporting and dashboards for data quality performance
- Mature the data foundation by identifying gaps and prioritizing improvements via iterative, product-minded approaches
