Contract Recruiter, Advanced Manufacturing Plant-1

As a Contract Recruiter at Lucid, you drive high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and logistics to fuel AMP-1's production programs. You partner with leadership to forecast headcounts, design talent strategies, and execute fast, precise end-to-end hiring in a dynamic, on-site environment. You act as a subject-matter expert for manufacturing talent and influence decisions across teams to meet aggressive timelines. This role blends data-driven sourcing with proactive stakeholder management to sustain growth and production readiness. You will help shape the talent backbone of a mission-critical EV manufacturing program in Casa Grande.

• Forecast headcount and design talent strategies aligned with production schedules
• Lead high-volume end-to-end recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and logistics roles
• Serve as SME for manufacturing talent across large-scale programs
• Engage stakeholders across logistics and manufacturing for rapid decision-making
• Develop targeted pipelines using advanced sourcing and market insights
• Lead offer negotiations and ensure timely closures
• Provide real-time recruitment analytics to forecast progress
• Maintain onsite presence for surge hiring events and leadership engagement

• 2+ years of related recruiting experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of equivalent experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or production hiring
• Experience managing requisitions across fast-scale organizations
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and talent market intelligence tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence in high-pressure environments
• Track record balancing speed with quality and delivering a positive candidate experience
• English proficiency sufficient for essential duties
• Experience in high-volume, on-site manufacturing environments
