Overview In this role you support workforce reporting and analytics to enable data-driven HR decisions. You'll work with Workday reporting and partnerships across HR and analytics teams to deliver timely insights while ensuring data quality. You will contribute to moving from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led analytics through dashboards and self-service initiatives. Your work helps sustain accurate headcount, attrition, and organizational metrics aligned with FINRA's mission.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports (headcount, attrition, movement, org changes) to support HR decisions
- Provide reporting and analytics using Workday tools and third-party platforms to inform workforce planning
- Track reporting trends, streamline data requests, and pursue automation to improve efficiency
- Maintain reporting infrastructure, documentation, and centralized dashboards/templates
- Support stakeholders with workforce data questions and timely, accurate responses
- Assist with intake processes, standardization of recurring reporting, and translation of business needs into analytics solutions
- Ensure data quality and governance through audits, consistent metric definitions, and collaboration with HRIS/engineering teams
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues with cross-functional teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years HRIS or workforce reporting with a strong focus on Workday operational reporting
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Reports, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, root-cause analysis
- Experience responding to stakeholder reporting requests and delivering timely, accurate workforce reports
- Working knowledge of HR data structures and workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, movement, organizational changes)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate reporting needs into deliverables
- Strong writing ability for technical documentation of reporting standards and data definitions
- Preferred: Workday certifications or training in Workday Reporting or HCM Reporting
- Preferred: exposure to Workday dashboards, Prism Analytics, and self-service reporting
