Overview In this role you will drive early talent recruitment, onboarding, and development to enhance the regional employee experience. You will align hiring goals with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Learning & Development to deliver consistent programs and impactful outcomes. You will shape internships, onboarding, and mentorship while collaborating with leadership to promote DEIB and reduce silos. This position offers the opportunity to influence talent strategies at scale and partner across functions to support growth and retention.

Responsibilities- Align regional hiring goals with local operations and Talent Acquisition
- Lead regional recruiting efforts and collaborate with Marketing and management
- Oversee regional recruiting events and participate in high-impact events
- Develop assessment and interview best practices to improve candidate experience
- Promote DEIB initiatives in partnership with Sustainability Team and Operations Leaders
- Support preboarding, onboarding, and logistics; facilitate new employee check-ins
- Develop and manage an annual summer intern program for consistency and training
- Identify skill gaps; plan training and development opportunities for employees
- Establish mentor-mentee relationships when needed
- Coordinate intern rotation mapping and update related logs
- Facilitate employee engagement check-ins and satisfaction workshops
- Summarize qualitative and quantitative findings to improve candidate and employee experiences
- Analyze exit interviews to identify improvement opportunities
- Research industry trends to evolve employee experience
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and reduce silos
- Serve as liaison between junior and senior leadership
- Share insights with Strategic Talent Partner to drive culture improvements
- Travel 20-30% as required
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Key requirements- 3-5 years in human resources or related field with people-facing experience
- 2-3 years leading and engaging with early career individuals preferred
- College education or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
