Overview

In this role you partner with ISC leaders to translate operational priorities into workforce, talent, organization, and culture actions. You will drive cross-location HR execution, shaping long-range people plans that support safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth. You solve workforce and organizational challenges using analytics and targeted interventions. This is an opportunity to influence a global, multi-site environment within Honeywell's software-industrial ecosystem and accelerate the industrial sector's transition to autonomy.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with ISC leaders to develop annual and long-range people plans aligned with priorities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth
  • Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and critical hiring for the portfolio
  • Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management in partnership with specialist teams
  • Identify organizational health and capability gaps using people and business analytics and propose targeted interventions
  • Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support, clarify roles, and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, engagement, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness
Key requirements
  • Significant progressive HR business-partner experience with leadership-level clients
  • Experience in organization design, talent management, employee relations, change leadership, and workforce planning
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into practical HR priorities and measurable actions
