Overview As Corporate Counsel at SpaceX you will provide solutions-based legal guidance to internal teams on complex corporate matters. You will own legal aspects of transactions, diligence, negotiation, and integration, and help shape playbooks and risk management across finance and engineering. You will support global corporate affairs and liaise with stock administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear communication. You will work cross-functionally to identify risks, craft solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities- Own legal aspects of corporate transactions including diligence, negotiation, deal execution, and integration planning
- Draft and implement transaction playbooks and integration checklists
- Manage corporate legal affairs for the company and subsidiaries domestically and internationally
- Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial agreements
- Collaborate with stock administration on employee stock plan documents and communications
- Support training to educate internal teams on legal standards and regulatory expectations
- Work cross-functionally to analyze legal risks and develop creative solutions and trusted-advisor relationships
Key requirements- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of corporate law experience
- Admitted to the bar (US) in good standing
