Responsibilities- Own global R&D Talent Acquisition outcomes with autonomous direction and executive alignment
- Act as an enterprise leader, anticipating issues, deciding quickly, and driving closure amid ambiguity
- Translate business strategy into clear hiring plans, priorities, and capacity models
- Establish an executive operating rhythm for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and tradeoff decisions
- Hold hiring leaders to standards on role clarity, assessment quality, interview discipline, and timely decisions
- Build and scale a high-performing recruiting organization through leadership development and performance management
- Own and optimize the global recruiting system end-to-end for speed, quality, and candidate experience across functions
- Use funnel analytics and market intelligence to remove bottlenecks and improve offer outcomes
- Drive ATS discipline, data hygiene, and automation to enable scalable operations
- Partner with technical/product leaders to design job-relevant assessments and structured interview plans
- Build durable sourcing and talent intelligence strategies for hard-to-hire technical markets
- Deliver executive reporting linking insights to decisions, actions, and measurable results
Key requirements- 10+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR with talent management and performance management
- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels (exempt, nonexempt, leadership)
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Proven recruiting leader with meaningful people leadership experience
- Successful track record in technical hiring and influencing senior leaders
- Strong delivery orientation in fast-changing environments
