Overview In this role you will support a leading international projects, energy & infrastructure finance practice, advising sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on complex financings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across domestic and cross-border deals, spanning energy, renewables, infrastructure, and natural resources. You help shape transaction structures and closing dynamics in a fast-paced environment with a global client base. Responsibilities- Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documents
- Support transactions across energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewables
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters
- Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing
Key requirements- 2+ years of substantive experience in finance-related transactional work
- Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions strongly preferred
- Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings, including acquisition and development financings
- Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage complex transactions in fast-paced environment
