Overview In this role you will plan, coordinate, and supervise field operations for large-scale projects, ensuring safety, cost control, productivity, and quality. You will provide technical direction within Mining Infrastructure and heavy industrial settings, with self-perform responsibilities and projects typically exceeding $200 million. You work closely with PMs and subs to align schedules, procurement, and commissioning; travel is required. Responsibilities- Coordinate means, methods, manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project goals
- Develop and manage the construction plan with the PM for successful execution
- Coordinate internal and external schedules with subcontractors for monthly updates
- Guide superintendents to optimize work flow and maximize production
- Oversee CPM project schedule development with project team
- Oversee procurement to align with the CPM schedule
- Manage timely punch-list completion and owner-startup/commissioning scheduling
- Participate in business development proposals and presentations
- Understand prime contracts and related documents (contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders)
Key requirements- 10+ years of construction project supervision
- BS Degree in construction related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience on projects over $200 million in size
