Responsibilities- Lead design and implementation of antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges/chambers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate range requirements
- Coordinate with chamber/range equipment suppliers and oversee new range/chamber implementations
- Provide technical oversight, coaching, and mentorship across the business
- Define and refine requirements with government programs to validate range/chamber compliance
Key requirements- Bachelor's in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience testing antennas or radomes in chambers or ranges
- Experience operating antenna/radome/RCS chambers or ranges
- Knowledge of antenna and sensor measurement theory and range operation
- Ability to obtain interim security clearance prior to start date (and potential program access afterward)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Python, MATLAB (or similar high-level languages)
- HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, GRASP
- High Performance Computing (HPC) environments and SLURM
