Overview In this role you will administer and support large Hadoop clusters in production to ensure reliable data processing. You will work within a team to resolve production issues and optimize performance, aligning with service levels and operational best practices. You'll provide L2/L3 support, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and participate in on-call rotations. Responsibilities- Administer and manage large Hadoop clusters in production
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Hadoop platforms
- Monitor cluster performance and perform troubleshooting/root cause analysis
- Handle incidents and service requests with ownership
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational best practices
- Participate in on-call and support rotations
Key requirements- 7+ years of L2 Hadoop Admin support experience
- Hands-on experience managing large Hadoop clusters in production
