Overview In this Senior Program Manager role, you will own HR business operations for Principal Engineering Recruiting, shaping long-term planning and operating rhythms. You'll partner with HR leadership, finance, and TA to align objectives with KPIs and drive cross-functional execution. You'll introduce continuous improvement through data insights and GenAI to tell clear stories and accelerate decisions. This position offers visibility with senior leaders and an opportunity to make recruiting operations more efficient and impact-driven.

Responsibilities- Improve and simplify PE Recruiting business operations and internal communications (emails, newsletters, leadership presentations).
- Lead annual resource and strategic planning and support dept. goals reporting.
- Design and implement change management with clear communication plans for transitions and process improvements.
- Build and maintain a metrics framework to measure impact of ops deliverables and strategy programs.
- Develop strategic messaging and create internal communication content using Microsoft Office and GenAI tools.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
