Overview In this role you will lead on large-scale construction projects, interfacing with clients and consultants to deliver outcomes on time and within budget. You will drive project planning, governance and quality control, while managing change, information flow, and risk. You'll collaborate across teams to develop proposals, improve PM processes, and ensure safety and compliance. This is a client-facing, hands-on leadership position at a global firm that shapes major developments and sustainable infrastructure.

Responsibilities- Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
- Financial management: invoicing and monitoring project financial status
- Project planning and detailed project plans
- Monitoring and applying performance management techniques
- Managing the change control process
- Coordinating project information flow with the client through meetings and written communications
- Preparing budget progress and other reports
- Quality Control ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Constructing proposals for new work or variations
- Identifying opportunities to improve PM procedures, templates and products
- Raising awareness of quality, safety, health and environment issues with line manager
- Establishing project governance, processes and systems
- General line management responsibilities where appropriate
- Providing strategic advice during project conception to meet client objectives
- Strong time management to deliver quality, on-time projects
- Building relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
- Team member collaboration on project delivery
- Identifying business development opportunities with existing and new clients
- Sharing and retaining key information and data
- SOX control responsibilities where applicable
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering or related field; related equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in construction on commercial ground-up real estate projects
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
