People Partner

As a People Partner at Stripe, you will align business and people strategies to enable leaders to build high-impact, healthy teams that deliver for Stripe users. You'll act as a strategic consultant, driving cross-functional programs and using data to shape organization design and talent planning. You'll partner with senior leaders to scale the organization while upholding Stripe's operating principles and culture. This role offers the chance to influence org health at a global scale and contribute to Stripe's mission to grow the GDP of the internet.

• Act as strategic consultant to leaders, aligning business and people strategies to optimize user and Stripe experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance the People Strategy
• Leverage data and insights to inform design of strategy, structure, and programs
• Advise on org design, change management, and initiatives for efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
• Support global talent and organizational planning, identifying critical talent for future needs
• Promote and uphold Stripe operating principles to elevate collaboration and ways of working
• Support Leadership through growth and evolution

• 10+ years as an HR business partner, with experience in fast-growing tech and established organizations
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business results
• Strong analytical and project management skills, detail-oriented yet flexible problem solver
