Overview

As Senior People Partner, you will serve as a strategic people leader across Engineering, Product, Design and Marketing, partnering with C-suite leaders to shape org health, talent strategy, and scalable programs. You'll operate at the intersection of business units and centralized functions, driving rapid, thoughtful people decisions in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role blends strategic partnering with hands-on execution to build scalable systems across multiple units. You will contribute to a mission-driven, growth-focused company as it integrates multiple products and teams.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with C-suite executives to drive people strategy and execution for their orgs
  • Develop deep business understanding and coach across org levels (ICs to executives) on org design, performance, and change management
  • Own talent strategy end-to-end, including reviews, calibrations, and performance management to uphold high standards
  • Collaborate with L&D, Compensation, Ops, and Recruiting to build and run programs (e.g., leveling, equity programs)
  • Partner with leaders, finance, and recruiting to translate priorities into team structures and headcount plans
  • Build foundational, scalable people systems that enable growth across business units to support rapid scaling
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a people partner, ideally in scaling companies
  • Proven ability to build high-trust relationships across all levels, from ICs to senior leaders
  • Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Design and/or Marketing
  • Strong judgment navigating sensitive employee situations with speed, structure, and care
  • Experience partnering with other People teams and business functions like Finance and Recruiting
  • Self-starting, proactive work style in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience owning talent calibrations, leveling, and performance management end-to-end
