Overview In this role you will conduct mid to high level investigations into employee relations concerns and support a respectful workplace culture. You will partner with HR and leadership to resolve issues, coach managers on performance and policy implementation, and ensure compliant, timely communication. This position sits within a broader HR function that values inclusion, policy integrity, and cross functional collaboration. You will have a meaningful impact by strengthening employee relations programs and supporting business leaders in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities- Conduct investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace violence while following policies and regulations
- Provide clear, timely investigation reports with supporting documentation
- Manage cases using ServiceNow and employ strong interviewing/documentation techniques
- Support development of an inclusive workplace culture
- Coach managers on performance improvement plans and monitor outcomes
- Partner with business leaders on termination recommendations
- Communicate findings and documentation concisely to stakeholders
Key requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations or as an HRBP
- Knowledge of relevant employment and labor laws
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and solve problems with minimal guidance
- Flexibility to handle competing priorities in a team environment
- Ability to make timely, informed decisions
