Overview

In this role you drive day-to-day HR support for corporate functions and guide leaders and employees on policies, performance, and organizational changes. You lead a team and coordinate with HR partners to execute established programs and priorities. You will handle employee relations and workforce actions, while partnering on recruiting, development, and compensation processes. The position focuses on consistent service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR workflows. You will work to scale HR services across the function and contribute to organizational goals with a collaborative, problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily HR support for assigned corporate functions with timely delivery of programs and services
  • Provide guidance on policies, employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes
  • Handle employee relations matters including investigations and corrective actions
  • Partner with HR business partners and leaders to align with HR priorities
  • Support workforce actions (promotions, transfers) and coordinate across HR functions
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for recruiting, offers, and onboarding
  • Support annual talent processes (performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development)
  • Coordinate with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and other teams to resolve employee issues
  • Support employee engagement and address feedback; review HR metrics for improvement
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and maintain knowledge of employment laws
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery
  • Manage day-to-day work of team members, including coaching and development
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Human Resources
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • 1 to 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience supporting corporate or professional employee populations
  • Experience across multiple HR disciplines (employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce actions)
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred
