Overview As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate MEP/CSA-focused projects for a global client, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage information flow, coordinates field activities, and supervise QA/QC processes. Your engineering background and owner's representation experience will help you guide site and design phases, resolving issues and advancing project close-out. Responsibilities- Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across project stages
- Support the project scheduler with progress updates
- Coordinate field activities between General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client
- Attend field walks with GC and Sub-Contractor trades; participate in field and punch walks with architect and MEP team
- Assist in project close-out documentation
- Ensure QA/QC adherence and report issues/gaps
- Perform engineering QA/QC reviews for design drawings prior to construction
- Prepare progress reports and KPI tracking
- Facilitate project information flow through meetings and written communications
- Knowledge management: capture learnings and input into internal databases
- Identify safety, health, and environmental issues for client and management
- Manage/delegate tasks to technical and non-technical staff
Key requirements- Field construction experience
- Postgraduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience (design and site)
- Postgraduate CSA (Civil Structural Architectural) engineering experience (design and site)
- Strong mechanical knowledge/experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication for coordination across teams and vendors
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage and delegate to a mix of technical and non-technical staff
- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in engineering-related fields
- Project Management or PMP qualification (or related field)
- Experience with owner's representation approach
- Knowledge of QA/QC and field coordination workflows
