Overview In this role you lead Elastic's Enterprise team for the West region, driving logo growth with a scalable go-to-market motion. You will own sales planning, quotas, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience. You'll work with open source and partner ecosystems, and travel to support deal creation and team development. Responsibilities- Lead a team of Enterprise account executives to exceed bookings targets
- Develop knowledge of Elastic's platform, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitors
- Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation
- Drive Elastic's sales methodology and ensure quota attainment
- Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Establish relationships with Open Source community and partners
- Collaborate with Elastic leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Travel to support deal creation and team needs
