Overview

In this role you lead the Project & Development Services team, guiding business development, operations, finance, and client relations. You will drive strategic objectives, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and elevate Cushman & Wakefield's presence as a thought leader. You'll manage complex, multi-site projects and ensure high-quality delivery through cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
  • Interface with clients to ensure delivery of project management services and achievement of goals
  • Oversee full financial management of projects, including budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Manage due diligence, design, procurement, scheduling, vendor/contractor selection, and post-construction services
  • Lead a wide range of project types in complex environments
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities
  • Oversee capital improvement programs at multiple sites
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance
  • Manage risk areas and liabilities in collaboration with Market Leader
  • Provide on-site supervision to ensure performance criteria are met
  • Demonstrate proficiency with PDS technology across assigned projects
  • Direct PDS staff through policy adherence, development, performance management, and motivation
  • Instill policy adoption within the team
Key requirements
  • 15+ years of related experience with 5+ years of management experience
  • Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business
  • Expert in client relations, client management and consulting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of accounting, budgeting, scheduling and reporting for corporate real estate, design and construction
  • Software skills: Microsoft Office applications, MS Project
