Overview

In this role you oversee property management for client portfolios, ensuring lease administration, budget tracking, and vendor coordination are executed to maximize asset performance. You lead property staff, coordinate with clients and tenants, and drive compliance with policies and regulatory standards. You will implement annual inspection programs and manage construction oversight to ensure timely completion. Your work directly supports client goals and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee lease administration duties
  • Monitor rent collections and manage default proceedings
  • Ensure compliance with policy, codes, and directives
  • Provide leadership and performance management for property staff
  • Develop annual inspection processes and conduct required property inspections
  • Prepare operating and capital budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations
  • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements
  • Abstract leases in lease administration software accurately
  • Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for contract compliance and reporting
  • Facilitate tenant and building construction coordination to meet project timelines
  • Participate in leasing and client meetings to align property management with client goals
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients, and internal teams
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process
  • Real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate
  • Ability to manage a team of professionals including employees and vendors
  • Experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of lease administration software (implied by duties)
