Overview In this role you review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects, guiding cost estimates and ensuring accurate take-off data. You work with suppliers, subcontractors, and management to present routine and detailed estimates, supporting timely decision-making. You will use standard estimation software to report findings and uphold ethics and integrity in all interactions. Responsibilities- Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for bid proposals
- Prepare routine and detailed cost estimates for landscape/irrigation projects
- Maintain current price information from suppliers and subcontractors
- Utilize standard estimate software to present information to management
- Demonstrate ethics and integrity in role-modeling behavior
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in the landscaping industry with estimating and managing landscape/irrigation projects
- Experience with HCSS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off
- Strong work ethic with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
