Job description

Overview

In this role, you will advance DMPK strategy for siRNA and other modalities by designing and interpreting ADME and PK/PD studies. You will apply quantitative pharmacology, integrate multi-omics and biomarker data, and support candidate selection and translational projections. You will build and document models and simulations to inform human dose predictions and regulatory interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current with modeling advances, and contribute to preclinical and clinical development. This position offers the chance to influence pipeline decisions and shape translational pharmacology in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation / Benefits
  • medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • paid time off and wellness days
  • company-wide recharge breaks
  • family resources and leave
Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and interpret in vitro and in vivo ADME and PK/PD studies for siRNA and other modalities
  • Apply quantitative pharmacology methods (non-compartmental analysis, compartmental PK/PD, PBPK, mechanistic modeling) to characterize disposition and exposure-response
  • Integrate PK/PD and biomarker data to inform candidate selection and human dose projections
  • Build, qualify, and document models and simulations using Phoenix WinNonlin, Monolix, R, and related tools
  • Contribute to the design of preclinical and translational studies supporting progression from discovery to clinical development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (bioanalysis, chemistry, biology, toxicology, clinical pharmacology) to analyze data and communicate insights
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations; contribute to regulatory submissions as needed
  • Complete projects with high scientific and data-quality standards and timely delivery
  • Stay current with emerging modeling methodologies and literature to strengthen the team's capabilities
Key requirements
  • Ph.D. in a related quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong foundation in quantitative pharmacology and PK/PD modeling
  • Hands-on experience with non-compartmental and compartmental data analysis
  • Exposure to PBPK, population PK, or systems/pharmacology modeling is a plus
  • Proficiency with Phoenix WinNonlin, Monolix, and R
  • Solid understanding of ADME and drug discovery/development; knowledge of oligonucleotide therapeutics is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • strong problem-solving ability
  • adaptability
  • attention to detail
