Overview In this role you help shape derivatives documentation and regulatory strategy for the US Macro Markets. You will draft and negotiate bilateral and cleared derivatives agreements and advise front office on structuring FX and derivatives transactions. You will also interpret regulatory requirements and assess netting and collateral enforceability to safeguard the firm. Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate trading documentation for bilateral and cleared derivatives, including confirmations
- Advise front office on structuring FX and derivatives transactions
- Advise on regulatory requirements relating to bilateral and cleared derivatives products
- Analyze netting and collateral enforceability opinions
Key requirements- Active law license in good standing
- At least 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
