Overview In this role you drive successful delivery of C-Track solutions by leading a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration experts. You will foster best practices, standardization, and efficient delivery while supporting new implementations and existing growth initiatives within the Court Management Solutions line. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet client needs and business objectives. The opportunity combines people leadership with hands-on product expertise to shape government court applications at scale.

Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration experts
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce implementation time and cost through standardized processes and knowledge sharing
- Conduct configuration review sessions to ensure quality and alignment with client requirements and product capabilities
- Serve as lead C-Track product and solutions expert for clients and internal teams
- Guide Business Applications Consultants in requirements gathering, business analysis, process modeling, and solution design
- Oversee business analysis deliverables including requirements, design documents, test specs, and artifacts
- Partner with Engagement Managers to prioritize work, allocate resources, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
- Foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional development for team growth
- Oversee customer testing and validation activities with QA teams to ensure client success
- Provide leadership for data analysis, migration, and mapping to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and scalable team growth
- Travel 5-20% as needed to support projects, training, and go-live events
Key requirements- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with the C-Track product suite preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
- Experience managing competing priorities with on-time, high-quality delivery
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency
- Experience guiding business analysis, solution design, and client engagement
- Experience with or understanding of judicial/court processes a plus
- Strong understanding of software implementation and business process analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
