Overview As an HRBP for US logistics operations, you will design and implement people strategies to support Fulfillment and Sortation Centers. You'll partner with site leadership to translate business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans, shaping 0-to-1 growth and ensuring frontline performance and retention. You'll drive organization design, labor models, and people systems in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role combines cross-functional collaboration with hands-on work to scale our logistics footprint in line with business goals.
Responsibilities- Serve as HRBP for US logistics operations, owning 0-to-1 organization buildout for self-operated facilities
- Provide organization design advisory, including headcount planning, org structure, and labor model selection/implementation
- Build and optimize people management systems for logistics, covering attendance, payroll, performance management, and frontline benefits
- Coordinate with HR OPR, Mobility, ER and Management Research Institute on new site establishment, compliance, and system integration
- Establish working relationships with warehouse GMs, 3PL providers, and staffing agency partners
Key requirements- At least 3 years of HRBP experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or E-Commerce fulfillment
- Deep understanding of Fulfillment Centre or Sortation Center operating models and frontline workforce management
- Proven track record in organization design, labor model selection, and compensation systems in logistics
- Knowledge of US labor law, staffing agency ecosystem, workers' compensation and logistics compliance
- Experience with cross-cultural or regional/global project management is a plus
