Overview In this role you support day-to-day property administration and implementation of policies to ensure well-managed, well-maintained properties. You focus on responsive tenant service while aligning property performance with owner goals. You will operate in coordination with the Property Manager to handle assigned action areas and contribute to strategic planning and budget processes. This is a hands-on position that blends operations, finance, and tenant relations to protect and grow property value.

Responsibilities- Coordinate maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and manage ongoing contact programs
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and monitor service performance
- Assist in developing and administering the strategic property plan and budget
- Support data collection and reporting for property management objectives
- Administer tenant leases to ensure lease compliance and timely escalations and rent collection
- Participate in day-to-day financial management including accounts receivable/payable and records
- Handle tenant requests and dispatch work orders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years in property/facilities management
- Experience in business/office administration
- Ability to cover administrative duties in the Property Manager's absence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn new software
- Valid real estate license required in states where work is performed
