Overview In this role you will oversee all community operations, coordinating site staff, activities, and resources to meet owner and regional goals. You will drive occupancy, budget adherence, and resident relations within a policy-driven framework. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely administrative processes, while representing the community to residents, agencies, and vendors. Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day property operations including resident relations and staff supervision
- Oversee property resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals (financials, budgets, collections)
- Operate in accordance with MBM policies and property management plan
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, community, and city agencies
- Process HUD certifications and conduct eligibility interviews
- Ensure timely processing of paperwork
- Attend inspections by owners and agency personnel
- Review monthly financial reports and analyze variances
- Hire, lead, and manage subordinate staff including maintenance specialists
- Meet with local, state, and federal representatives, residents, and vendors as required
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 2 years in property management
- Customer service experience in hospitality or customer-facing industry required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and documents
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Tax-credit experience and strong operations background preferred
- Strong communication skills with residents and community
