Overview In this role, you will drive DW/BI initiatives and BI reporting within a global delivery context. You will work with cross-functional teams to support financial-domain analytics and maintain the full software lifecycle on development and maintenance projects. The position emphasizes hands-on MicroStrategy work, dashboards, and data visualization to enable business decisions. You'll contribute to a management consulting environment with travel, shaping analytics solutions for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead DW/BI design and development efforts and support the full software development lifecycle
- Manage project lifecycle activities for development and maintenance initiatives
- Design and develop reporting solutions, with a focus on accuracy and performance
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and multi-country teams in a global delivery setup
- Work in a financial domain context and support analytics-driven decision making
- Engage in management consulting activities varying with travel requirements
- Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations; implement metrics auditing and data source write-backs
- Leverage MicroStrategy SDK for advanced reporting and integrations
Key requirements- 7+ years in DW/BI technologies and tools
- 7+ years in software development lifecycle
- 7+ years in project lifecycle activities for development and maintenance
- 5+ years in reporting design and development
- Experience with MicroStrategy
- Experience in financial domain
- Ability to work in global delivery and consulting environments with travel
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education)
