Overview In this role you will lead employee relations across Southern California last-mile operations, partnering with field managers, HR, and contractors to build fair, respectful workplace practices. You will identify risks from multi-source feedback and design programs and training to raise engagement and compliance. You will manage reactive crisis responses and independently drive large-scale, network-wide projects. This role blends data-driven analysis with qualitative storytelling to advocate for core values and positive employee experience.

Responsibilities- Identify trends and gaps in employee relations to mitigate risks through targeted programs
- Lead crisis management for time-sensitive partner issues with sound judgment
- Own and deliver large-scale, network-wide projects on schedule to improve frontline partner experience
- Analyze data and anecdotes to define success metrics and inform recommendations
- Create concise, high-quality written analyses and develop engaging training sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence change
- Work independently in ambiguous situations to resolve issues despite obstacles
- Launch and manage scalable mechanisms for the network across sites
Key requirements- 7+ years of employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting large hourly workforces
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
