Overview In this role you will drive full lifecycle recruitment for Coloplast North America, partnering with leadership to source, interview, and close top talent. You'll influence hiring strategy, candidate experience, and employer brand as the first Coloplast ambassador in the marketplace. You will collaborate across business units to address hiring needs and ensure compliant, timely processes. Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions across business units
- Develop recruitment strategies and build stakeholder relationships with leaders
- Review resumes and maintain ATS updates throughout the process
- Conduct virtual/phone interviews and guide hiring managers
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and expand talent pools
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to manage hiring logistics
- Recommend when to engage external recruiting partners and manage them
- Maintain timely candidate communication and ensure proper ATS closeout and disposition
Key requirements- 7+ years in Recruiting (Corporate or agency)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management
- Advanced candidate sourcing skills
- Project management experience with multiple requisitions
- Willingness to collaborate with global colleagues
- Solid business acumen and understanding of decision-making factors
- Ability to travel up to 5%
