Key requirements- 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or related talent experience, including people leadership
- Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex Commercial Bank talent segments (Capital Markets, Treasury, Middle Market)
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience
- Proven experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners
- Experience using data and market insights to improve outcomes
